命令

rs cancel – 取消正在进行的重启
rs discord – 向 discord 发送测试消息
rs help – 显示帮助消息
rs restart <时间（以秒为单位>– 启动重启（如果没有给出时间，则为 10 秒）
rs status – 显示当前重启状态
