信号枪不会用普通弹药重新装填，并且需要用户的库存

中有信号弹 聊天命令
/flare – 给玩家一个信号枪

控制台命令
信号弹 <playerID 或名称 > – 给指定的玩家一个信号枪（在商店出售时很有用）
透明信号弹 – 删除通过此插件

生成的所有照明弹 权限 flaregun.spawn – 使用聊天命令
flaregun.noammo 所需 – 删除了库存中包含

照明弹的要求 配置选项
“照明弹发射之间的间隔” – 用户可以发射照明弹的速度（以秒为单位）

“Flare velocity（眩光速度）” – 发射 Flare 的速度配置
