关于 TrueWelcomer

在运行服务器时，我一直想要一个简单、易于使用/配置的插件，以及一个轻量级的插件，它只是欢迎新用户，欢迎老用户回来，并告别离开用户。我从来找不到一个适合我所有“需求”的工作。所以我在我的 IDE 中制作了 TrueWelcomer。该插件建立在用户友好的理念之上，简单易行。

其核心是：真正的欢迎者，欢迎新用户，欢迎老用户回来，并告别离开的用户。
